WOW!!! That was a good way to get back into shape. I had packed on some "fluff" when I went to visit my mom and dad in Canada back in July. Mom is a good cook. It rained the ENTIRE time we were there and we weren't able to exercise at all so Britton and I were a little more fluffy when we arrived home a week later. It didn't help that my oldest brother, Rod, had his 50th birthday party while we were there...

The triathlon helped me to get focused and get serious about getting back in shape. I am really glad for that. I feel good b/c I finished the Ultra Ironman and am now planning to stay in shape (okay, at least until I see my mom and dad again).

Welcome to the 5th annual LifeNets triathlon. This year, as you know, we're changing our format. This is because we were unable to secure the Community Center and the computer chip timing people on the right dates.

We are planning for the 2010 event already and have chosen the date of Sunday, August 29th, for the triathlon. We will have the same venue, the Mandan Community Center in Mandan, North Dakota. We will continue to offer the self paced triathlon as well as a duathlon for those of you who cannot attend the triathlon in our city.

Please watch for up coming information about the status of the self paced event as well as information about next year's event.

Please come join us!! We look forward to seeing you here.

Welcome to our self-paced triathlon. I hope all you registrants are enjoying our event! Ralph, my husband, Vice President, and Event Coordinator has set his goal on the Ultra Ironman. I have as well. We're ramping up our workouts to achieve our end goal.

We changed our deadlines so that more of you could be aware of our event. The extra week was to allow us to get the word out to more people.

Please join us and watch for our triathlon in 2010 at the Mandan Community Center....

See you later,
